The User's Manuals or Help Guides provided with the software offer detailed information on installing, executing, and navigating the software, along with descriptions of the various features associated with each product. Depending on the product, the manual or guides contain one or more examples on using the program. Refer to the Table of Contents or Index of these documents to review the contents.

Each product is supported by an extensive online help document. This document is accessed through the "Help" menu of the associated program, or for some products it can be opened from the "Help" button on individual screens. The online help contains various information about the software's operations, including an extensive set of examples and how-to instructions. For "standard" Windows-type help systems, use the "Index" or "Find" tab on the main Help screen to find a topic. For PDF-based help documents, use the hyperlinks (underlined text values or phrases) to "jump" to a location or use the Find feature in the PDF viewer application to find a phrase or topic.

This website contains software updates for our programs. If you are experiencing problems and have not updated your version of the software recently, visit our Updates page to download the latest program version.
